Currently, Hill is the CEO of Würth Industry North America (WINA) and EVP of the Würth Group. WINA is a strategically aligned collective of 18 companies located in North America and Brazil, consisting of more than 110 locations. He is one of twenty Executive Vice Presidents helping manage the Würth Group, the world’s largest industrial global distributor ($15B). Hill is also a board member of WUGONA, Benefits Committee. WUGONA is a $2.3B entity in North America with over 150+ locations and over 5,000 employees.

Hill has delivered sales and profit growth during the COVID-19 Pandemic and successfully managed the team through the crisis with strong communication and leadership and kept 2,600 employees healthy and safe while transitioning to a productive, flexible work environment. He has also presided over strategic partnerships with suppliers, leading innovation in the supply chain industry by partnering with the leading 3D industrial printer manufacturer and launching the world’s first digital kanban solution featuring an on-demand digital vendor management system.
