Building a great team is the single most important thing an entrepreneur needs to do to grow the business. More often than not this gets missed. Trust, candid conflict, clarity, and communication are key to building a team focused on results.
This session is designed for you and three to five of your closest leaders (your team!) to learn how to be a team. Rom will cover the basic principles that can make your team perform better. If you think you have it covered, and go at it alone, stay home.
