You’ll be As Cold As Ice in this incredible workshop where we’ll learn the Wim Hof Method (WHM) to become happier, healthier and more powerful. Known as the Iceman, Hof uses a breathing technique to conquer challenges in extreme temperatures. The Wim Hoff Method is based on three powerful pillars of cold therapy, breathing and commitment to teach our bodies to adapt to extreme temperatures. In this workshop, Mark Derrickson, a breathing instructor, will teach us the intricacies of the WHM while we melt our stress away. Bring a bathing suit, towel and water shoes as we’ll dip our toes (and bodies) into ice baths and channel our inner Iceman. There is a 40-person maximum for this event.
